Rain Points Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Rain Points Loyalty Program from Edinburgh Gutter Cleaners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The Rain Points Loyalty Program is available to all residential and commercial customers of Edinburgh Gutter Cleaners. Enrolment is automatic upon completion of your first paid service.

2. Earning Rain Points

  • Rain Points are awarded for completed, paid services including gutter cleaning, repairs, installations, and related services.

  • The number of points awarded per service may vary and is subject to change at the company’s discretion.

  • Bonus points may be awarded during promotions or for successful referrals.

3. Redeeming Rain Points

  • Rain Points can be redeemed for discounts, priority bookings, or service upgrades.

  • Every 50 Rain Points can be redeemed for a £25 discount on a future service.

  • Redemption is subject to availability and must be applied at the time of booking.

  • Points cannot be split across multiple invoices or combined with other promotional offers unless specified.

4. Expiry & Forfeiture

  • Rain Points do not expire as long as the customer has used at least one service within the past 24 months.

  • Points may be forfeited in the case of account inactivity, cancellation of bookings, or suspected misuse.

5. Non-Transferable

  • Rain Points are assigned to the original customer account and cannot be transferred to another person, property, or account.

  • Only the named account holder may redeem points earned under their name.

6. No Cash Value

  • Rain Points hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

  • Discounts derived from Rain Points are applied as service credits only.

7. Referral Program

  • Referral credits are awarded when a new customer books using your unique referral code and completes a paid service.

  • Referrers receive £15 credit; referees receive £10 off their first service.

  • Referral credits function like Rain Points and are subject to the same redemption terms.

8. Modifications & Termination

  • Edinburgh Gutter Cleaners reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Rain Points Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be communicated via our website or customer email updates.
